Hi JoAnn,

In Family Tree Builder,

go to the photos section,

double click on the relevant photo,

go to the Associations tab

and add a new association of the relevant person.

Make sure you check the "personal photo" check box, if you want this to be his personal photo.

Now publish your project, and you will see the personal photo online.
