my computer crashed. I went to my on line family tree and clicked on manage trees. At one time you were able to restore your tree to your computer from there. There is no line. I then tried the download link. I can down load the program, but can't seem to get my information into it. How do I do this.
If your tree was published to your family site, then on your site, under Manage trees > more, you will see the option to download or to export a Gedcom file.
