I have numerous photos where faces have been detected, but for some reason when I click on Tag People, many of the detected faces do not show up as available to be tagged. I know I can go into each photo manually and Click to Name the detected faces, but it would be a lot easier if all the detected faces where available when I click Tag People.
I see that there are many faces in to 'Tag Photos' section that still need to be tagged. Are you sure that the detected photos are not there? Note the arrows leading you to all the people waiting to be tagged.
If there are detected faces that are not there, please give me a link to that photo that the face is detected in so that I can investigate this further.
I experience the same problem as John's. When I go through my photos, I see a lot of faces that were recognised, but that don't come up under 'Tag people'. And - yes - I did click on the arrows. Here is an example:
